Merchandise may only be returned with prior authorization. NO merchandise can be returned unless authorization is given. CUSTOM ORDERS AND ENGRAVED ITEMS ARE NOT RETURNABLE.

Returned shipments will be charged a 10% restocking fee and you, the customer, will be responsible for all shipping charges.

If your shipment arrives with the packaging damaged, we ask that you contact the shipping company immediately for a damage inspection. Please notify Ste. Emilion Church Goods to let us know that you have filed a claim at: 800-287-3204.
