Ordering & product help
Find the right item and plan your purchase.
How do I place an order or ask about a product?
Choose the product and available options, review its description and shipping notice, and follow the checkout steps. If you need help choosing an item, contact our team with the product name or SKU, quantity, and any size, finish, or color requirements.
Can you help with bulk purchases or a special church project?
Yes. Our customer-service team can assist with bulk parish purchases, special orders, customized products, and larger church projects. Share your item list, quantities, destination, and requested date so we can review availability and any special coordination.
How can I check an existing order?
Contact us with your order number and the email address used to place the order. Tell us which item or shipment you are asking about, especially if your order includes products from more than one supplier.
Email customer service or call 1-800-287-3204.
I need an item for a particular service or event. What should I do?
Contact us before ordering and provide your required arrival date, product, quantity, and delivery ZIP code. We can help review availability and shipping arrangements. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees, so allow time for production and transit where applicable.

Shipping & New Jersey delivery
Understand warehouse delivery, supplier shipments, and extra charges.
When does an order qualify for free New Jersey delivery?
Free local delivery is available for qualifying warehouse-designated merchandise totaling $100 or more, delivered to an eligible New Jersey address. Only products designated as Ste. Emilion warehouse inventory qualify. Supplier-direct products do not qualify, and orders below the threshold use applicable shipping options.
What does vendor-direct shipping mean?
Vendor-direct products ship from a manufacturer, distributor, or supplier rather than our warehouse. Shipping arrangements and charges depend on the item and supplier, and some products require a separate shipping invoice. Review the product’s shipping notice and contact us before checkout if you need the cost confirmed.
Does $0 shipping at checkout mean vendor-direct shipping is free?
No. A zero shipping amount for an item with a separate-shipping-invoice notice does not mean that shipping is free. Additional shipping charges may be invoiced separately. Contact us with the product, quantity, and delivery address if you would like a shipping estimate before purchasing.
Will all the products in my order arrive together?
Not necessarily. Orders with warehouse items and vendor-direct products, or products from multiple suppliers, may arrive in separate shipments. Free New Jersey local delivery applies only to the qualifying warehouse portion; other items remain subject to their applicable shipping charges.
What should I know about freight or oversized items?
Large, heavy, or fragile items may need freight service, special packaging, or a delivery appointment. Contact us before ordering if you need a liftgate, inside delivery, installation, or other special arrangements. These services may involve additional charges.
03
Lead times & customization
Plan ahead for made-to-order and personalized items.
How long does processing and delivery take?
In-stock, non-custom products are usually processed within 1–3 business days, excluding holidays. Vendor-direct availability and production times vary by supplier and product. Processing is separate from carrier transit time, and delivery estimates are not guaranteed.
For a time-sensitive purchase, ask us about the specific item before ordering.
How do I order a custom or personalized product?
Contact us about the item and your requirements. Carefully review spelling, dates, measurements, colors, finishes, artwork, and any proof before approval. Production begins after the required details, approvals, and payment arrangements are complete; timing varies by product and supplier.
Can I change or cancel a custom order?
Contact us as soon as possible. Changes or cancellations may not be possible once production begins. Custom and engraved items have return restrictions, so please confirm all specifications before approving your order.

Payment & parish accounts
Get help with checkout, Net 30, and tax-exempt purchasing.
Which payment options can I use?
Use the payment options offered at checkout for your order. If your church needs a different purchasing arrangement or help with an invoice, contact us before ordering. Do not send card numbers or bank details by email.
Can our parish apply for Net 30 payment terms?
Churches, parishes, and religious institutions can apply for consideration through the Preferred Parish Program. Terms, eligible purchases, and credit limits require manual review and written approval. Applying does not create a credit account or grant Net 30 purchasing privileges.

How do we arrange tax-exempt purchasing?
Contact our team before placing an order to confirm what exemption documentation is needed and how your account should be set up. Tax-exempt treatment is not automatic simply because a purchase is for a church or parish.
Email sales@churchgoodste.com or call 1-800-287-3204 for assistance.
05
Sacramental wine
Important purchasing and receiving requirements.
Who can purchase wine, and where can it be delivered?
Wine is available only to parishes, religious organizations, and clergy within New Jersey. We do not ship wine outside New Jersey. Both the purchaser and the person accepting delivery must be at least 21 years old.
What do I need to know before receiving a wine delivery?
An eligible adult age 21 or older must be available to accept delivery. Valid government-issued photo identification and an adult signature may be required. Wine cannot be left unattended or delivered to a P.O. box, and must not be forwarded outside New Jersey.
Can wine qualify for free New Jersey local delivery?
Warehouse-designated wine may qualify when the qualifying warehouse merchandise total is at least $100 and the destination is in an eligible New Jersey delivery area. All wine purchasing, age-verification, and receiving restrictions still apply.

Returns & order support
Know who to contact before returning or changing an order.
How do I request a return?
Contact us before sending anything back; prior authorization is required. Include your order number, the item, and the reason for your request. Eligibility, exclusions, and any applicable charges are covered in our Refund Policy. Custom and engraved items have return restrictions.
What if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?
Inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if something is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Have your order number and item details ready. If the packaging is damaged, the return guidance also asks you to contact the carrier promptly for a damage inspection and notify us.
Can I change or cancel an order I have already placed?
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the change requested. We may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order is accepted, and custom products may not be changeable once production has begun. Please wait for our confirmation rather than assuming a request has been completed.
These answers are a quick guide. Please review the linked policies and the shipping or customization notice on your specific product before ordering.
