Thank you for shopping with Ste. Emilion Church Goods.  We want your order to arrive safely and on time. Shipping availability, processing times, delivery options, and restrictions may vary by product type and delivery destination.

Please review this policy before placing an order.

Order Processing

Orders are generally processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

• In-stock, non-custom products: Usually processed within [1–3] business days.
• Customizable or personalized products: Usually require [X–Y] business days for production before shipment. Production begins after your order, personalization details, and payment have been confirmed.
• Wine orders: Processed within [X–Y] business days, subject to product availability, age verification, and New Jersey delivery eligibility.

Order processing time is separate from carrier transit time. During product launches, holidays, promotions, or periods of high order volume, processing may take longer. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you using the email address provided at checkout.

Shipping Options and Delivery

Available delivery methods, costs, and estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout. Options may vary based on the items in your cart, destination, weight, and carrier availability.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays caused by weather, service disruptions, holidays, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside our control may affect delivery timing.

Customizable and Personalized Products

Custom products may include personalized, engraved, monogrammed, made-to-order, or otherwise customized items.

• Please carefully review all spelling, dates, colors, sizes, design selections, uploaded files, and other customization details before submitting your order.
• We will produce customized items according to the information submitted at checkout. Ste. Emilion Church Goods is not responsible for errors in customer-provided personalization details.
• Custom orders may not be changed, canceled, or refunded once production has started.
• Estimated production times are provided as a guide and may change based on order complexity, proof approval requirements, material availability, or order volume.
• If a design proof is required, production begins only after your approval. Delays in approving a proof may delay shipment.
• Unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the approved customization, customized products are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

If an order contains both customizable and ready-to-ship products, we may ship the items together after the custom product is complete, unless separate shipment is offered and selected at checkout. Any additional charge for split shipments will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Wine Shipping and New Jersey Restriction

Age Verification Requirement

You must be at least 21 years old to purchase wine from Ste. Emilion Church Goods. By placing a wine order, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age and that the person accepting delivery is also at least 21 years of age.

To help prevent sales to minors, we may use one or more age-verification measures, including:

• A required age-confirmation checkbox or date-of-birth entry at checkout.
• Identity, address, and age-verification checks using information provided during checkout.
• Requests for additional documentation or verification before an order is approved or shipped.
• Adult-signature-required delivery service.
• Presentation of a valid, government-issued photo ID upon delivery when requested by the carrier.

We reserve the right to cancel, hold, or refuse any wine order if we cannot verify the purchaser's age, if the delivery recipient cannot be confirmed to be at least 21 years old, if order information appears inaccurate or incomplete, or if we suspect an attempted purchase by or for a minor.

Adult Signature at Delivery

Wine shipments require delivery to a person who is at least 21 years old. The carrier may require an adult signature and valid government-issued photo identification at the time of delivery.

Wine packages cannot be:

• Left unattended at a residence, office, building entrance, or other location.
• Delivered to or accepted by anyone under 21 years of age.
• Left with a neighbor, doorman, receptionist, or other third party unless that person is at least 21 and the carrier accepts the delivery under its policies.
• Delivered to a P.O. box, freight forwarder, or address where an adult signature cannot be obtained.

The recipient should be prepared to present a valid government-issued photo ID, such as a driver's license, state identification card, passport, or other acceptable identification, if requested by the delivery carrier.

Failed Delivery and Verification

If an eligible adult is not available, cannot provide identification when requested, declines to sign, or otherwise cannot accept the shipment, the carrier may attempt delivery again, hold the package at an authorized location, or return it to us.

We may issue a refund for eligible returned wine orders only after the product is returned to us in accordance with applicable law and our store policies. Any refund may be reduced by nonrefundable shipping, handling, carrier-return, or restocking costs where legally permitted.

New Jersey Delivery Confirmation

By purchasing wine from Ste. Emilion Church Goods, you confirm that:

• You are at least 21 years old.
• The recipient is at least 21 years old.
• The delivery address is located in New Jersey.
• A person age 21 or older will be available to accept the delivery.
• The recipient will provide valid government-issued identification and sign for delivery if requested.
• You will not ask us, the carrier, or another party to forward, redirect, or reship wine outside New Jersey.

Ste. Emilion Church Goods reserves the right to cancel and refund orders that do not meet these eligibility, identification, age-verification, or delivery requirements.
